These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the "eLearning Translator" app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
The App allows users to translate XLIFF (version 1.2) files created with Articulate Rise 360.
To use the App, you must create a user account. 2.2 When you sign up, you will be granted 10,000 free character credits, which can be used to translate files. 2.3 You are not allowed to create duplicate accounts to obtain additional free credits. 2.4 If you choose to delete your account, your credits will be invalidated.
4.1 One character credit represents one character sent to the translation API
4.2 Credits are automatically counted and deducted from your account when you upload a file and start the translation process.
4.3 You can purchase additional credit packages through the payment platform Lemonsqueezy.
4.4 Available credits are valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition and must be used within that time.
5.1 You agree to use the App fairly and not exploit it in any way.
5.2 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you are using the App in a way that violates our Fair Use Policy.
6.1 You retain ownership of the files you upload and the translated files generated by the App.
6.2 You can delete your files at any time
In no event shall we, nor any of our officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website whether such liability is under contract. We, including our officers, directors, and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of the Terms.
