This Privacy Policy describes how "eLearning Translator" ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects the personal information of users ("you" or "your") of our translation app.

When you use our app, we collect the following personal information: Email address and name. We do not directly process any payment information. All payment transactions are securely handled by our trusted payment provider, Lemonsqueezy LLC.
Users can delete their uploaded files at any time. We retain uploaded files for 30 days or until users request to delete their profile and data, whichever is earlier.
We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. However, we use Vercel's Web Analytics, which stores anonymous analytics data without the use of cookies.
User authentication and user data are securely stored with our provider, Supabase, in Frankfurt, Germany. If you choose to log in with Google, your authentication data will be stored with Google. We do not share any user data with third parties other than Deepl, which processes the translation files uploaded by users.
You can update your name via your account page. To update your email address or request account deletion, please contact us at hi@elearningtranslator.com.
We employ state-of-the-art technologies to protect user data. We use the leading payment processor, Lemonsqueezy, to securely handle payment information, and Supabase and Google to handle user data and authentication information.
Our app is intended for use by adults only.
We operate in Germany and are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and EU privacy laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of the policy.
